All parcels are now sent Royal Mail Tracked48 so there has been a very small increase in shipping costs to allow for this! Please note that if ordering internationally you may be liable for any additional customs taxes on delivery, sorry these are completely out of our control!

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns due to the nature of our products, but please do contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you have any concerns so that we can talk it through with you :-)

Please always follow the instructions on the product listing and/or packaging. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused from the incorrect or misuse of our products.

If a parcel is returned to us due to Royal Mail being unable to deliver, an incorrect address, or any other reason related to shipping, we cannot be responsible for resending a replacement.
