Who are Knapp & Co.?
We are a husband and wife team who love to spread magic! Our happy place is Walt Disney World and we created Knapp & Co. to be able to share magic with you through our products.
What is the delivery time for my products?
All products are made to order and will be shipped within 5 business days, you will receive an email once your order has been dispatched! Please note that we do offer some pre-order items, these will be stated clearly on the shop listing, and will have a longer lead time of up to 3 weeks, however we endeavour to get them to you ASAP.
How will my item be delivered?
All items shipping to a UK address will be sent by Royal Mail Second Class. Any EU or International items are sent via International Standard with Royal Mail, and a delivery estimate will be provided at checkout. Shipping costs include all postage and packaging.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept PayPal and all major debit and credit cards through Shopify Payments, these include: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Do you accept returns?
We unfortunately cannot accept any returns, exchanges or cancellations due to the nature of the product. Please ensure you read the description of the items thoroughly, and any additional information that is provided on the website, and with your item when it arrives.
If a parcel is returned to us due to Royal Mail being unable to deliver, an incorrect address, or any other reason related to shipping, we cannot be responsible for resending a replacement.

Do your products contain information on allergens?
All of our products have the individual allergens listed on the rear label, following all of the CLP regulations. If you need any further information prior to purchasing, please do not hesitate to contact us and we can assist you!
